A list of bills from the Environmental Priorities Coalition, (made up of groups such as the Sierra Club, Audubon Washington and Nature Conservancy) and other bills supported by groups such as TAWA (Third Act Washington) had a number of victories in the state legislature. It includes a number of climate bills and some that have climate links such as regulation of data centers (which use a lot of energy that could come from fossil fuels). The shutdown of the only coal plant in Washington has been assured. Notable among the bills is a defense of the climate commitment act funds against raids from other budgetary priorities.
