The Washington Pass the Federal Green New Deal Coalition works together to ensure that our elected Congressional Representatives, Senators, President, and Executive Branch, champion the national Green New Deal vision and enact policies to fulfill its promise to working people of a just transition away from extractive industries.
Our Coalition represents community, environmental, faith, and labor organizations and current members include: 34th District Democrats, 350 Eastside, 350 Seattle, 350 Spokane, 350 Tacoma 350 Wenatchee, Earth Care Not Warfare, FUSE Washington, Kadima, National Writers Union [UAW 1981], Washington Chapter Pride At Work, PSARA [Puget Sound Advocates for Retirement Action], SEIU 775NW, South Seattle Climate Action Network, Sunrise Seattle, UAW 4121, and Unitarian Universalist Association.
The Coalition has several committees that carry out the work of the organization.
